Structured, auditable findings

Every finding is categorised by severity, backed by evidence, and comes with a proposed remediation. Findings persist as ReviewFinding records with a full resolution workflow — open, assigned for action, rectified, dismissed or accepted as risk.

Remediation workflow — remediate, assign or ignore

Each open finding has three actions. Remediate uses AI to apply the proposed fix and marks the finding as rectified. Assign to Owner creates a Task — a first-class action item assigned to the requirement owner with the proposed fix, priority and due date — and when they complete the task, the finding auto-resolves. Ignore removes a finding from active delivery risk when it's not applicable. Every action is audited.

Continuous review on every edit

When a previously-assessed requirement is edited, ReqMatrix automatically flags it for re-assessment — the previous gate result no longer covers the new content. Approval is blocked until the gate is re-run, so a passed requirement can never silently drift out of compliance.

Delivery Risk Dashboard

A dedicated dashboard aggregates risk scores and review findings across all your projects — risk trend over time, per-project risk breakdown, and a live list of open findings by severity. Resolved and ignored findings are automatically excluded from risk scoring, so the dashboard always reflects your true active risk. Spot systemic delivery risk before it becomes a delivery failure.

Agentic Assured — a project-level assurance signal

Once every requirement is approved, has passed the Assurance Gate (on Pro/Enterprise), has been run through Agentic Review, and has no active blocker findings, a Lead or Admin can mark the project Agentic Assured. The project's Agentic Review panel shows a clear four-step pipeline — Approved, Passed the Gate, Agentic Reviewed, Active Blockers — with live counts, so you can see exactly what's left.
